High speed milling
A 1.3 kW electrospindle at 40,000 rpm makes EasyStep the ideal solution for precise, high-speed machining.
Equipped with a liquid cooling system, it ensures high performance even under severe working conditions with minimal thermal expansion.
EasyStep is equipped with a 10-position automatic tool changer and tool length measurement system, that maximizes productivity and allows unattended machining throughout the milling cycle, cutting tooling time.
Cooling and Lubrication
The CNC milling machine's minimal lubrication system precisely dispenses the coolant (contained in a special tank) directing it directly to the tool and workpiece in minimal quantities, with no need for liquid disposal or recovery. This system enables optimal machining on aluminum and light metal alloys, optimizing tool life.
MILLING PERFORMANCE
Easystep's structure is made entirely of steel and aluminum and is designed for maximum rigidity and stability. The axes are controlled by servo motors with encoders and ball screws, ensuring smooth, repeatable and precise movements.
WORKTOPFIXING SOLUTIONS
The worktable is large and configurable, made of milled and ground aluminum to ensure a perfectly flat surface. Ideal for slab machining or machining small objects, the Easystep's table can simultaneously hold workpieces by pneumatic suction and mechanical clamping via vices. Both solutions are available in different sizes and configurations, all available within the accessories catalog.
Protective cabin
EasyStep is equipped with a protective cabin that offers great accessibility to the work area, thanks to three doors, front and side, all armed with microswitches, to ensure maximum safety for the operator.

Dedicated CNC control
The machine is equipped with the XMC numerical control system developed by RM Technologies. Simple, tested for years and reliable, it guarantees high milling performance and compatibility with most CAM systems on the market.
The user interface, which can be installed on an external PC with a Windows operating system, enables the import of ISO G-Code programs and simplifies the programming, monitoring and optimization of every stage of the production process.
Suction and management of milling residues
On the subject of handling dust and machining chips, a dedicated dust cap can be installed. This, positioned at the milling area, quickly and effectively removes chips and dust from the area of tool contact with the workpiece being milled.
