ROBOCUT
RoboCut is the ideal choice for those who want to make a name for themselves in the world of visual communication, window dressing and exhibition spaces, creation of stage sets for television and theaters, staging and organization of events.
The robotic milling machine developed by RM Technologies allows the creation of statues, stage sets, bas-reliefs, and design objects.
With the 6 axes of the anthropomorphic arm and the seventh continuous axis of the rotary table, RoboCut ensures maximum freedom of movement of the milling machine, for increasingly accurate machining and complex design realizations, offering infinite degrees of freedom to creativity.
A turnkey milling solution
The RoboCut robotic cell provides all the tools for reliable and safe, precise and unmanned machining. Una lavorazione affidabile e sicura, precisa e non presidiata.
The system consists of an anthropomorphic robot equipped with a powerful electrospindle, available with automatic tool change, and a rotary table equipped with a high-precision gearbox and infinite rotation. The machine is installed inside a safety structure, made of metal panels equipped with a sliding door, machining monitoring portholes and operator safety systems.

Powerful and detailed milling
Robocut can be configured with power spindles from 8kW to 14 kW, with speeds up to 36,000 rpm, making it the ideal robotic milling machine for processing: high-density polystyrene, wood, plastics, resins and foams.
Robotic arm and rotary table
The anthropomorphic robot, fixed on a concrete plinth, has a capacity of 120 kg at the wrist and an extension of up to 2700 mm for machining even large volumes and has maximum freedom of movement, allowing the most sophisticated and complex geometries to be milled.
The rotary table, which is fixed to the ground and has a load capacity of 1500 kg, provides a flat surface for securing parts to be milled using hot glue or threaded holes for the use of clamps.
Tool change
RoboCut is equipped with an automatic tool changer with up to 5-position capability that allows the entire machining process to be performed unattended without interruption.
The presetting device enables automatic tool measurement and breakage checking, ensuring consistently detailed milling with extremely short setup times.
CAM SOFTWARE
The Robocut system is compatible with popular CAM software and can be connected directly to external computers for possible programming directly on the machine.
Our technical staff is available for demos on the machine and control software, either directly at our showroom or remotely via common video conferencing systems.
